How many lines should I write about the Company , for This Job??

Hi there , i am trying to write a cover letter for this company, since i am applying for a job there http://www. laskoproducts. com/lasko. htmlHow many lines you reckon I should accommodate for the company in my Cover letter . . what should they focus on ?I also have a question regarding a small part of my resume . . Education NEW YORK INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY December 2006B. S in Electrical and Computer Commerce GPA: 3. 26/4. 0Dean?s list: Fall 2004- 3. 62/4. 0. Spring 2005-3. 52/4. 0STATE UNIVERSITY OF STONY BROOK Flinty Brook, NYPursued coursework towards a degree in Electrical Engineeringp. s: i am looking for an access level electrical commerce job. Should I even include this Flinty brook sentence in my resume ? I was thinking , that What if I delete that part of my resume and write about the courses that I took in my college , wouldn't that make much more sense and , in a way bump the reader's attention ? maybe I am completely incorrect. . mm . . what do you reckon ?

Your cover letter should be small and to the point. You should only write one or two lines about the company but make those lines really count by focusing on something that sets you away from each other from the other candidates.

Your resume should only include what is relevant to the job that you are looking for. Only use the school where you received your degree. Leave the other one out unless it has something only one of its kind in it.
